At AlignLabs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags where applicable
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
For all approved returns, customers must use a tracked shipping service. AlignLabs is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels without tracking confirmation.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and package protection fees are non-refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with verification, we may require:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short video demonstrating the issue
- Your order number
Once verified, AlignLabs may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial refund
- Or a full refund where appropriate
AlignLabs reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or noticeable worn products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened or used
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items returned without approval
- Orders refused at delivery
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Issues
AlignLabs is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external logistics disruptions
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Any fraudulent chargebacks, false delivery claims, or abuse of our refund system may result in:
- Permanent refusal of future service
- Evidence submission to payment processors
- Collection actions where applicable
AlignLabs reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy.
